Small city.
Big what if.
As CIO and Assistant City Manager in Manor, Texas, I brought QR codes, crowdsourcing, and open innovation into local government. The aim was practical: open up information and give residents a role in making their city better.
At 22, I also became the country's youngest appointed municipal judge, serving a two-year appointment as acting Municipal Judge.
