New Research - State & Local Government Generative AI Usage

We are excited to release new benchmark survey results on how state and local government agencies are approaching the use of generative AI. The results show a complete change in overall approach from 2023 to 2024, further illustrated by the statistics below.

• In 2023 - 50% of state and local government agencies said they were unlikely to implement Generative AI.

• In 2024 - 56% of state and local government agencies are actively exploring potential use cases of Generative AI
